I'm glad that getting Wheelchair Accessible room with a well stocked mini-bar and a full bath, for example was not a problem...

Came in Santiago de Compostela to relax and have fun, this small hotel was good base for doing it. The staff was very-very nice, kept everything spotless and very good. The room we had was wonderful and bright with ample closet space and comfortable bed linens, as example. The location of the property was favourable and lovely - at a medium distance from Tourism Office;)))

We stayed at a hotel that was perfectly located, just a short walk away from the old town and the cathedral. It was nice to be able to explore the city easily, but also have a peaceful place to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, with a powerful shower in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for restaurants and attractions to visit. The buffet breakfast was tasty and there was even afternoon tea available.

That there was no hair dryer in the room, but we were able to borrow one from reception.

The welcome at receiption was warm and excellent. Beig able to eat between 4pm and 10pm was an added bonus which we enjoyed on the day we arrived and again on a day we had a late lunch & needed to get to bed early before a hectic day ahead.

On the 4th floor which is part of the attic a lot of the space is out of reach because of the height of the ceiling which I kept banking my head off getting in and out of bed. In a furure re-furbishment an extention of the Velox windows would give a lot more head-room.

Good standard of accomodation, friendly staff and the use of the canteen for free food and coffee. All round, it was a great base!

The hotel located in a quiet district with lots of shops and easy access to the train station and airport bus. The room was clean and comfortable, with adequate facilities like a TV and minibar. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included and the afternoon tea was a nice touch.

The hotel lacked any outdoor space to relax.

Nicely decorated and good small place, I loved outstandingly accommodating personnel.

the room was warm and i had a varied breakfast. the room with air condition-and a very efficient power shower. also, location was unbeatable and comfortable, a 10-15 minute walk from a roman catholic cathedral. had free hot drinks in the downstairs bar.

Helpful staff, ideally located for getting to Old Town. Room was modern and clean with good bathroom. Liked the free afternoon/evening refreshments. Parking was close, convenient (and relatively cheap with the hotel discount) although a bit tricky with a large car.

Convenient Location and Friendly Staff

This hotel offered a great location that was close to major attractions and public transportation. The friendly staff made my business trip even better by providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all my needs were met. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi provided at this hotel.

The atmosphere, location, cleanliness of the room, design overall of the hotel and the friendly and knowledagable staff was more than what I had expected.

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel or my stay.

We thought the towels were very thin. We didnt like the twin beds but when we arrived after walking the final stage of the camino we didnt have the energy to ask for a change of room!

The hotel's location was perfect for me as I wanted to be in a quiet neighborhood that was within easy reach of transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was a nice touch. The hotel's facilities were great, including the free wifi and clean rooms.

Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel staff was excellent, spoke English, and were very accommodating to our arrival and departure times and the handling of our luggage. Breakfast and afternoon meals/snacks were very good.

The hotel location is great, near historic center within easy walking distance. The reception speaks good english and also very helpful. Brekfast is included but only fair in quality. Parking location and services are very good for 8 euros

The rooms are on the small side for a 3 star hotel, unlike what's shown on the hotel pictures which is misrepresenting. The bath size of 1.5 meter square is way below standard for a 3 star hotel, more like a 2 star, smallest that I have ever experienced.

The property was comfortable, clean, and conveniently located near bus and train stations. The staff were amazing and helpful. The breakfast and afternoon coffee/tea options were great.
